Our after-school programs
Our programs are designed to support students academically, emotionally, and socially while also equipping families. All programming is provided at no cost to participating families.
Program 1
After-School Academic Support
Students receive homework help, tutoring, and academic enrichment in a calm, structured setting. We focus on core subjects, study habits, and building the confidence students need to succeed in school.

- Collaboration with teachers when possible
Program 2
Leadership & Life Skills
We help students discover their voice, strengths, and purpose. Through interactive activities, service projects, and discussions, students learn how to lead themselves and positively influence others.

- Goal-setting and responsibility
- Conflict resolution and problem-solving
- Opportunities to serve peers and community
Program 3
Mentoring & Youth Support
Every student needs at least one caring adult who listens and believes in them. Our mentors provide consistent encouragement, accountability, and guidance through one-on-one or small-group settings.
Key elements:
- Relational, restorative mentoring
- Emotional support and encouragement
- Guidance through challenges at school and home
- Connection to additional resources when needed
Program 4
Family & Parent Support
We stand with parents and guardians, not in their place. Center of Hope offers workshops, support groups, and referrals designed to encourage, equip, and strengthen families.
Key elements:
- Parenting workshops and support
- Family nights and community-building events
- Resource referrals for counseling, food, and services
- Opportunities for parents to engage in their child’s growth
