About Us
A safe, structured, and supportive place for students to grow academically, emotionally, and socially in Fullerton.
Our story began with one school’s request
In 2017, a local school principal in Fullerton reached out with a simple but urgent concern: students were struggling with behavior, academics, and life outside the classroom. As we began mentoring, we discovered that many children were living in single-parent or non-parent households and carrying heavy burdens from family instability, loss, or trauma.
In response, we launched workshops, mentoring, and youth programs in partnership with local schools and organizations. When COVID-19 hit, the needs only grew deeper—learning loss, isolation, and emotional strain increased. Center of Hope was born from a conviction that every child deserves a safe place, consistent guidance, and a community that believes in them.
Our Mission
Center of Hope OC strengthens families and transforms communities by providing high-impact after-school programs, leadership development, restorative mentoring, and essential life-skills training—all at no cost to families.
